You are bidding on a 1 bedroom  unit that sleeps 4 on a 1 Kingsize bed and a Queen sleeper sofa. The unit has 1 bath, a Partial Kitchen,  a DVD player, Television,  and WiFi internet access. Check in is 4:00 pm Friday 3 September with checkout Monday 6 September at 10:00 am.

At the end of auction, upon verification of payment, I will contact the winning bidder with the reservation confirmation number at Patriots Place and will follow by email with a Wyndham guest certificate confirmation in your name to be presented to the reservation clerk upon arrival. The certificate will have the telephone number of Patriots Place  where you can confirm your reservation. A credit card is required by the buyer upon check-in to cover incidentals.
You do not have to attend any sales presentations unless you choose to do so.
